JAF Scholarship Application

Three (3) students selected for the Jannette Alexander Foundation scholarship will be awarded with a $1,000 scholarship and a one year free membership to CSCSW. Recipients will be featured on the CSCSW website.

(You may include examples such as specific courses, practicum experiences, or client interactions that shaped your perspective or interest.)
• How do you integrate cultural humility and social justice into your clinical practice?
• What are your post-graduation goals, and how do you plan to contribute to the advancement of clinical social work?
• Optional: Is there anything else you would like the selection committee to know about you? (This is your opportunity to highlight information not covered elsewhere in the application.)

At least one of your references must be a licensed clinical social worker. To ensure objectivity, references from peers, friends, or family members will not be accepted)
