I am a trained psychotherapist that has been in the field for over 20 years. I have been in private practice for over 18 years seeing and supporting patients through all life transitions. I have experience with patients from across the life span as early as infancy, adolescence, adults, older adults and first time parents. While my specialties include strength based therapy, attachment therapy, relational therapy and parenting of a child with learning differences. My areas of special interest are ethnically diverse populations, professionals in various stages of their career and clinical supervision.
Since obtaining my LCSW, I have completed various certificate programs including: Advanced Clinical Supervision Certificate at Smith College, the Advanced Certificate Program on the Integration of Clinical Theory and Practice in Cultural Context through the Sanville Institute, and the Psychoanalytical Foundations Extension Program at the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis.
