I am a relational therapist who works in a non-directive, collaborative manner. Psycho-dynamically trained initially, I use an attachment based lens and view most interpersonal problems as stemming from relational and environmental trauma rather than intrinsic deficits. I received an MA in counseling psychology in 2006 and have been licensed since 2014. I have worked with people across the lifespan and utilize sand tray and expressive arts in my work and have had extensive experience in the field of addiction.
