He also wrote and teaches a series of courses for LinkedIn Learning: "Creating a Career Plan,” "Succeeding in a New Job," and "Transitioning Out of Your Job.” Dr. Austin holds an Ed.D in Organizational Leadership from the Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Pepperdine University.
