Presented by Cindy Grossman, LCSW, Executive Director, Kid’s Turn San Diego

Description: When our parents get a divorce, we do not run and shout about it on the playground. We instead think we are the only one this is happening to, blame ourselves, and hope that no one realizes that we are wearing two different shoes. The hidden truth is that children are impacted when their parents get a divorce and there are long-term effects that we typically do not circle back to the parental divorce as the root of child and adult behaviors. This training will highlight the stages of divorce, engage the audience in considering possible long-term impacts and offer tips to help minimize the impact of divorce on children.

Please contact Ros Goldstein, goldsiegel@gmail.com, by April 4 to reserve your seat or REGISTER ONLINE.
